Cancellation
You as a customer can cancel your order by calling our customer service at or email at Swadeshispawn@gmail.com within six hours of placing the order. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Returns
We deal into organic products which are carefully cultivated to suit your essential needs.
You can return the product on the spot if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
Refund-
Refunds will be initiated, if payment is already made as soon as the return item is received by us.
